Anthony Flaccavento, a Virginia farmer, tells the story of how he and others in his tobacco country area have become organic farmers of food, thanks in part to a government grant. He tells his story in Sunday’s Washington Post in a letter titled, “Hurting a Small Farm Near You.” His few short paragraphs sums up the farm bill issues rather nicely.
