I don’t know about yours, of course, but my local market now has market days on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in addition to Saturday morning. They’re 4-6 p.m. so that people can catch them after work. While it’s true that there aren’t as many vendors, there also aren’t as many customers, so it’s less crowded. How to know?
