		<description>Aw, you guys are great. Thanks. The only downside of this recipe is firing up the oven to roast the potatoes, but if you do it in the morning, it&#039;s all good. Hmmm. Might be interesting to roast the potatoes on the grill..</description>

		<description>YUM.  Looks as good as the first time around, and maybe this time I&#039;ll actually give it a go.  (Meant to make *my* easily repeatable potato salad earlier this week and didn&#039;t, so perhaps it&#039;s time to vary the theme.)

I&#039;m beginning to think that what we perceive as repetition in our cooking and our posts can actually point out (a) how versatile simple dishes can be and (b) how satisfying simplicity can be.  What a great way to set off fresh seasonal produce!</description>
