I've done all sorts of pan sauteed pears or apples with butter, honey or brown sugar, cinnamon or other seasonings, etc. It's hard to go wrong. Your version looks delicious! Thanks for your lovely note on my blog about the bread. I was absolutely stunned when they came out of the oven AND smelled good. I'd gotten so used to rye bread failure! A success took me by surprise... This is a great time of year for innovating on fruit desserts!
