Looks like this young lady has real kitchen possibilities (as well as being photogenic). I have to confess, I've always bought the taco seasoning packets at the grocery store. I did get some from Penzey's Spice Store in Overland Park (it's wonderful!), too. But I did not realize that the Gourmet cookbook had such a good beef seasoning recipe. Whoda thunk it? Taco salad and Gourmet? I'm definitely giving this a try. Susan Sounds like Kierstin needs to start her own knife set when her aunts give out Christmas gifts!
